Horizontal Universal Torsion Testing machine permits the measurement of the 4 quantities: total torque, ISO 16047 head friction torque, clamp force, and ISO 2320 prevailing torque without influence of one quantity by one of the others.
With this configuration all important parameters of screwed joints can be detected and evaluated by standard, like demanded by international standard. The software can show axial force, torque, and friction. Beside, the functions including statistics and data output to Excel.
Grips including Slot(Flat), Phillips, Pozidriv(ISO 8764, DIN 5260), Hex, and Torx(ISO 10664) supply you to choose when you want to do breaking test. If these grips could not satisfied your needs, we also supply customization service for you at any time.
